Same is true for nykaa, its a one stop online destination for almost all kind of makeup or beauty and skincare products. I love the collection they have plus they keep on coming with sales on each festival. App and website is user friendly, easy to navigate and online plus cash on delivery options are there. Products are 100 percent genuine and packing is always good. Delivery in big cities is very prompt, coming to the smaller one it depends on their tie ups with the courier, but nevertheless they deliver to almost all cities. Their customer care is also okay kind of. they do reply and solve your issues. I love the videos of Nykaa with all big youtubers, they share good tips, new launches and also skincare and makeup with giveaways for the subscribers.
Overall its a nice and trustworthy app /website for all our beauty and skincare need:)
