I have ordered some product for my mom from nykaa it tells that they complete its order within 5 days and we got our order 7 days after and the packaging also not that good product seems like old and scratched . for product quality products are so damaged and ill by its quality . website interface was good but products are not good . products reliblity was not also good . customer service is also not good we call customer care they tell us to hold after 10 minutes the call responds and the agents are inmannerd .
NOT RECCOMEND TO ANY ONE .
