This has happened twice to me. I have placed orders and they don't ship the product without any reason even after order confirmation. The orders are always Prepaid. When the date passes the delivery date and the products are not delivered they write delivery delayed on the order details. They don't even bother informing us that they returned the product to the warehouse. They don't even cancel the order. And the process, oh my God, they take more than a month from the order placing date, to refund your amount. Most of the time they don't answer the calls and upon choosing the option to call me back- they never call. Very bad, very unprofessional. DON'T TRUST NYKAA!
