This happened to me a few months ago after which I have stopped ordering from nykaa. I had ordered a Body Shop serum on nykaa and chose cash on delivery as my payment. Usually on ordering online the packages get delivered after 6-8 days.
However, after patiently waiting for 2 weeks, I called the nykaa customer care and cancelled my order which they did and I went ahead and I bought it from a store near my house. however, the next week the bell rings and my order had arrived even though I cancelled it! Nykaa really needs to work on their dispatch services and should also keep the customers updated at all times! I have never ordered from this site since then.
