Order & forget ! Horrible experience. Review on Nykaa

Getting to the moon will seem quicker than getting nykaa to deliver your items. I ordered 14 items including few products of the nykaa's own brand, on the the 9th may 2016. I received only 1 on the 14th. Upon enquiry they say" procurement takes time". Rest of the package shipped from mumbai on 13th. I have these few complaints, not much,

1. Why the hell do thy mention products as available if they need such a long time for their " procurement"

   
   




2. The in house brand, also needs procurement? Damn strange.

   
   




3. If a customer is not in mumbai or delhi, should he/ she forget about the delivery of the package he/ she took pains to order. When it comes to payment you strip off th cash instantly, then why not deliver

   
   




4. I saved 600 bucks by ordering from nykaa But wasted my time and patience upon the enquiries and writing a review here. Feel stupid now.

   
   




5. No business ethics, no value for time should be its tagline.

   
   




6. DONT MISLEAD THE CUSTOMERS, MENTION " DELIVERY WILL TAKE A LIFETIME"

   
   

I would suggest go and buy stuff from the store rather buying from nykaa.
