They are operating as if before the internet era. If there is a problem with the product and you need a return/exchange, you have to "write them an email" along with the pictures of the product and the invoice! I mean how pathetic is this? All ecomm stores have that facility on the website(2-3 clicks max). On the other hand, this pathetic not only makes the process cumbersome and time-taking, that too when its "their" fault, they also ask for proofs. Since they have all the details, including the delivery tracking, asking for pics only proves they don't trust the customers.
These pathetic losers must be boycotted! Never buying again from these con artists, who lack basic business etiquette and yet dream of becoming an Amazon someday!
