I have ordered only twice in my life time from nykaa I was very skeptical first time when I was ordering whether to order or not my first experience was horrible when I ordered products way 2 years back they took above 10 days to delivered where I had to be in continuous followup with the courier partner for the order recently I ordered biotique hair products from nykaa where its been one month now still the product haven't delivered it was cod order so I didnt cared much. then I ordered from purplle.com where within 2 days I got my order delivered I am fan of purplle.com they provide good offers and schemes and I love their products nykaa is hopeless they dont care for their customers at all.
