I love online shopping.Gives me variety and save my time. But shopping at Nykaa has been a awful experience.
Their product range is nice. But they are horrible at servicing. Its been 20 days and they have still not shipped the product. And what is even more wonderful is they have been busy/not available for all these days.
I must say it is one long Diwali vacation. Feel disappointed & cheated. Had done the payment as well so feel helpless.
