Had made orders for two products and one got delivered on time. But the delivery of the other product was delayed.
I wasn't going to be I'm town for the next one month so I asked them to make a cancellation and refund. I wrote to them at least 7-8times.no reply.
First. Reply came wen I had already left the city Second. They delivered it at the security. Third. I tried calling them, but they made me wait for 10-10 mins and didn't connect even then to the customer care. And I hung up because of irritation. Such a bad and delayed service. And they had the audacity to leave it at the security without even letting me know
UPDATE: I MANAGED TO CALL THEM AGAIN AND THEY COLLECTED THE PRODUCT FROM THE SECURITY AND GAVE ME A REFUND.
