As I am frustrating from snapdeal return pickup from 3rd April because I can bought the dell inspiron 3542 laptop from snapdeal on 17th august 2015 with suborder I'd 10091142035. but problem arises with this that when I can visit dell care centre in march 2016 they said that its have not dell India warranty but in the website its shown manufacturer warrenty so I raise the issue at twitter snapdeal trying to escalate the issue by contacting seller but it didn't reply so at last they give me option if replacement and refund so I can choose refund .
After this snapdeal arrange a reverse pickup from go javas but no one come I can also forward the new mobile number but return pickup pending from 10 days.so at lastly I can again contact with social media team od snapdeal through twitter which helps me alot and arrange now new return pickup in 13th April through nuvoex courier service at Chandigarh.
At the 13th April on 1:30 pm I can receive a call from gurbail singh that he can came from nuvo Ex to return pickup if laptop so at that time I am at solan so I can tell him that and resheduled the pickup to the 14april 2016 so he can said me solve its issue soon that u have no worry about wait that u can directly give it at our courier center I can done the same on 14 April.
After when he cut the call on 13th April I can got 2messeges one which I can get the courier boy number and next is about resheduled pickup .In really I can see here negative reviews about this service but I can feel very much responsive about services and refferabke service as their polite beheaviour and costumer support.
On the 14 its also give me way to reach their center beyond almost near by alnte mall Chandigarh in industrial area.so I can give it on 1:15 pm on 14th April and got reciept and on1:30 pm my refund of my laptop 29000 rupees been initiated and it can reach my account in 2)4 days.I am happy with their services.
I cannot experience an inconvenience with them.Even I am happy with that he can said me that if u have no time then directly reach our center with the product.Now without any hesitation I can recommend this to all as other depends upon ur choice.
