You do get soya chunks in normal packets Unbranded but I didn't wanted to take risk after maggie hype and nutrela is a trusted brand.
and soya chunks are healthy too.
Who should Eat - Every age group, practically as they have high amount of proteins they are actually equivalent to non-veg protein level infact its more higher than the amount of proteins which you get by eating non-veg
And non-veg is hard to cook These are easy-to go receipe in case of soya chunks
