Nutella is a great product , you can apply it on slice of bread and have it in your brk fast or as a preworkout food.
Its taste is great ( chocolate flavour ) , and its healthy too coz it contains high amount of protien and carbs wch provides energy and also keeps you full .
You can make a nutella sandwch , milkshake , or eat as it is. Its best for the kids coz chocolate is their fav.
Guys goin to gym , its good fr you too as a pre or post wrkout.
