I just started reading my first novel of Jane Austen. When I was a young girl to present I watched Jane Austen films. I grew up in the imaginary world of England in the 18th century. I grew to love the life I was lending with all the movies i'd watched to come into dreams. Now i'm reading Northanger Abbey, by Jane Austen.
The story's unlikly heroine is Catherine Morland, a remarkably innocent seventeen-year old woman from a country parsonage. While spending a few weeks in Bath with a family friend. Catherine meets and falls in love with Henry Tilney, who invites her to his estate. Northager Abby. Once there, Catherine a great reader of Gothic thrillers. She lets the old mansion fill her mind with terrible suspcions.
I think so far this book is great, wish I had picked it up when I was younger reading other classics. I love Jane Austen and wish she was still alive to write books. She would have so many stories to tell of life compared to other writers.
