First of all, I'm surprised that Noodle Bar has not been reviewed much in MS (only 1 review). I had been to the Noodle Bar at Phoenix Mill compound., not knowing what to expect - just went out of curiosity and also because my wife loves noodles! I'm not much of a noodles person, but just thought of trying it for a change. We did not go for any starters and went straight for the main course - Noodles. We tried the customized Noodles in which we get to choose what we want to eat. You get to choose the type of noodle,add on vegetables,sauce etc., It was fun choosing what we wanted(although we had no idea as to how it would taste!). The person who waited on us was very helpful, and also suggested a few additions to what we had already mentioned. The Noodles(pure veg) turned out to be absolutely delicious. I have eaten noodles at many number of places - but this was surely the best with a very typical flavour. We then ordered Spaghetti which was also absolutely perfect. I was in Milan for more than 2 months and the spaghetti here was the closest to what I was used to eat in Italy. Also, try out their collection of wine, which goes along perfectly with the Noodle or spaghetti. Pretty Highly priced, but absolutely divine food and good service. Nice place to go to once in a while.
