I am using this phone since past 3 years and I can say its good for music , for video shoot , for photo click and obviously call support is good.
The only thing which I don't like about this phone is , very less application support . Even the basic application like call blocker, red list such kind of features are not available with this. Even if you go to internet to download those application more then 90% application ask for constant support of internet[ 3G/2G/Wireless] which is not possible at all.
Internet is not fast on this phone . If you will use this phone for a long time the performance will decrease for sure and then you need to upgrade the software.
I like nokia suit for sure , from where I can send sms using my laptop. Overall if you are looking for internet access and application support this is not the right phone to go. One more thing to mention touch screen is good.
