I bought n97 after saving 3 months salary to own the best featured phone possible....but within an hour of purchase it was blacking out, went back to the dealer he changed the battery and said wont hang now. was ok for half a day and went blank the next day. again got the handset changed but after a day, blacked out again.
The dealer told me to get the software updated or rebooted as it seems like a software problem. upset I went and got it rebooted...........then after 15 days of usage my handset dropped and the lcd broke !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT FIRST FALL.
I HAVE HAD SONY, LG, MOTOROLLA, SAMSUNG AND IPHONE they have better reliability than this phone...this phone is a big failure.infact I would like my cash back. the camera they say is 5 mp is still not as good as iphone 1mp camera....
Even videos are pixellated!!!what they have tried is to make a smart phone which bugs us more. the internet surfing is not as fast as iphone 2g even and......and this phone sure hangs up a lot!!.its india thats why money back is not intheir dictionary or I would have easily traded it for a blackberry( which my bro in law has) or iphone.....
