I have spent 28000 to but N95 mobile. In just 2 months headphones stopped working. When I went to give that in one Nokia care (Koramangla) they simply told it is closed for the day. He was so rude that I could not believe that at all, when enquired with the customer care they said it is suppose to function till 7 PM but I was there by 5 and I was informed that it is closed by 4.30 being sat.
No time board was there at all, No sign board nothing could not tolerate so launched the complaint for the same but I don’t think so any thing was done. Then I went to Marthahalli Nokia care center, found one lady who is handling all the customer who are there, no token because they were not in order, I was asked to come after 15 days to collect the same and I was given a delivery challan for the same, when called to enquire the status phone numbers provided are disconnected phones such a shame that Nokia care phone line is disconnected for the bill payment, then when I went after 20 days they say come day after and day after, later when I shouted at them they said there is no stock for that and there are some people who are waiting since 3 months.
This is the kind of service that I am getting can you believe it NOKIA does not have stock for the hands free, it’s been 33 days and still I don’t have my hands free, after I have spend so much of money I am not able to use a very basic thing that HANDS FREE because NOKIA doesn’t have the stock for the same. When I wanted to launch complaint they asked me receipt number and later I realized that Nokia care center people have given me just a slip which states that I have given my hands free to them for replacement and Nokia customer care can’t help me in this regards.
After going all this humiliation I am about to sell off N95 and will never ever buy NOKIA Product in my life again for any given reason.
I purchased this phone for such an emotional day and .........................:(
Nokia care center features.
No proper staffing.
No proper receipt to trace just a delivery challan so that they are not traceable.
Customer care is "JUST DONT CARE CUSTOMER".
Parts replacement takes more than a month reason being NO STOCK.
No working phone lines to know the status at Nokia care center
No professionalism in handling customer at Nokia care center.
Adamant behavior, No responsibility, No care at all.
No meaning for commitment.
9. Nokia priority will have all flashy things to attract customer but no proper place even to sit at Nokia centre.
- Untrained staff to receive customer, No knowledge of product who is speaki ng to the customer.
I would really say that if your Nokia handset has any trouble better to get fixed by some 3rd party rather than going to Nokia care center. If I had even a glimpse of this I would have spend money and purchased a new one rather than going all this horrible experiences. I personally don’t have time or else I would have definitely filed consumer case against Nokia for after sale treatment..
