Nokia, the name itself is reliable and brand is valued, however, the number problems with their mobiles also increasing day by day. I purchased Nokia N 73M a year ago, the features of the mobile are excellent. I thought it suits my attitude and liked it. After using it for a month, first the memory card failed and I lost the complete data in it including my girlfriend’s photos which were very few. I felt very bad for that.
So, I went to Nokia Care and they have taken the memory card and told to come after 10 days. I went there after 12 days and still no result, asked to come after 5 days. Within those 5 days my Mobile’s vibration mode is not working. Again been to Nokia Care, they have taken the mobile this time and asked me to come after a month. That was ridiculous, but no option for me. I got my mobile back only after 2 months; they told me that they replaced with a new one; however, no box piece was given to me.
By this time I was a happy man, thought of using it at least now. However, no chance to me even this time because I lost my mobile when I been to a night party. I think the fellow who got the mobile might be facing many difficulties with it.
