N-72 was my birthday gift before 3 year. At that time, Nokia N-72 had a good market so my friends have gifted me. I used it for a year but within 6 months, I was frustrated from basic features. At least a phone should have smooth caller and messaging functions. Caller system was too slow and camera quality was worst I have ever seen for this device.
Phone weight was not that much heavier but somehow it did not suit in my hand so I used to keep in my pocket. Battery life is more than 24 hours so no issues with battery life. Sound quality was average, as I have not added many songs in device because it was hanging many times with music player. Yes, there were connectivity issues too, Bluetooth was not working when I transfer a large size files so it was very difficult when I have to take large size files from friends. I do not consider it user friendly because of problem in basic functions.
At least I need proper basic functions in any phone also it was not worked properly until I stopped using it. Do not waste money for this phone. Look for other brands you will have many devices in this range.
