Not sure why this phone is so highly rated. I bought this phone on 27th January 2013 and I'm heading to service center on 30th January 2013. I faced quite a few issues with the phone.
Signals drops for almost 1 minutes after every call. I tried contacting Nokia customer service, they provided few resolutions like use Airtel micro sim(I've Airtel connection) not the chopped one, use other operator's sim etc. but none of them worked.
The camera went blank out. It started showing green screen instead of the object i'm focusing on. The resolution Nokia CS told me to reset the phone. I did take the back up before resetting the phone but when I restarted the phone it didn't load the backup i'd taken before resetting the phone. Consequently I had to use the fresh setting. This resulted into data loss.
The worst issue is- I switched off the phone and started it. Adding to my woe, s the phone didn't start. Nokia CS has advised me to visit their service center to get the issue fixed.
I can't explain the agony I'm going through. I'd bought this expensive phone assuming that I'll get the quality we're used to get from Nokia. But it hardly took 2 days to shatter this belief. That too at the cost of INR 37000.00.
Guys don't get be-fooled by the advertisement and all sort of reviews that project Nokia lumia 920 as a great phone. This phone is nothing more that a piece of plastic that cost you whooping 37000 or more.
