False commitment by Nokia and bad customer service

I purchased this mobile past 4 months, thinking Nokia deliver good product and I use Nokia brand from my college life. So I do not want to change the brand even I know the competitive brand give more feature for same cost. But I face the following disappointment with this leading brand. Which made me to loose hope on this Nokia product,




  1. Since I last used E76 Nokia mobile , I thought the contact transfer will be easy. But contact transfer app given by Nokia doesn't work. I lost more time on this to transfer the content.




2.Blue tooth transfer doesn't work.


3.Get heating when we use mobile network data to browse.


4.Last and more disappointment was the False commitment and Bad after sales customer support. one month back There was 2 scratch made on the Gorilla glass on normal use. It was surprising me HOW the gorilla glass get scratch and they market this product saying gorilla glass doesn't scratch and they sell this product with high price than Lumia 710 for this feature and the memory.


=> I sent a mail to Nokia customer care about this, They said to go Nokia care.


=> When I went their they tried to convince me that its glass and they do not know what to do. So I said how to escalate . They said we will send the image to higher official and get a reply.


=> Then no news from them for 3 days, So I called Nokia care and asked for the status. They said we will get back. After few hours , I got call from Delhi number and I repeat the problem . Then one NUT in the customer care said its after all its glass it will get scratch he said. Then I said so why you market as gorilla glass and make money ? are you technical person ?. Then he replied that he will get back to me.


=> After 2-3 days no reply. I send a mail for status. Then next day one guy called from Nokia and ask me to send the photos of the scratch to send to his higher management.  I done the same.


=> After that it has past one and half week .. no reply . hope every one has dead in the Nokia support.


=> Today I send a mail requesting the status again.


Very disappoint from this leading brand which was my favorite brand for past 10-12 years. Next time I will never think of this Nokia product.


I add the experience after few weeks,


I receive call saying some blah blah from Nokia care , then when I request written mail saying that what  you say in call put that in mail and send to me, They say ok sir we escalate matter to higher department and get back to you . Later no response....


Nice technique in customer support , I fed-up and drop down the matter.. KEEP IT UP NOKIA..
