I bought a new Nokia Lumia 720 on 08-08-13 from Venus Duty Paid Shop, Thrissur and I went for a business trip, unfortunately on 14-08-13 its got complaint(Not charging and switched off) after the trip I came back to Trichur and visit the Nokia Care centre.at first the seen was funny.
There are four counters was there, but on the customer seat only one, then one girl came out and asked "Did you took token" I said "no" she showed me token machine and customer complaint form.Then she went inside and told another girl to press button for call customer.
Then I sat, I just looked at the next customer but she was also a staff, then I was the only customer there, then they heard my complaint, after some time one more customer came there then again one girl gone outside and advise him the same, again she came inside and she told one lady to press button for call customer but she refused and tell another girl to call.everybody sitting simply.
Then the girl who attend my complaint gone inside and came out told me that it will take another 2 days to say something about the problem. Dear friends in this fast world after buying a cell phone wasting time for visiting service center is very difficult, then again for solving the issue again 2 more days is horrible.
How can we buy this product?

Yes next day there is no call from service center and I call them, after 2 hrs they call back me.that problem is related to charging, so it will take another two weeks to get the spares from Delhi(I don't know this idiots supplying phone every where in India from Delhi). Then I contact again nokia customer care executive, he also answer the same.
He agreed all my worries but he don't have any solutions. He said that they have very good service network, but these fools cannot locate their service centers and they don't have any centralized system to know the status of service progress. Normally if the service center people enter the service request in on-line with our IMEI number they should know the status.
But these people have no such system, even if we complain anything about the service center they don't have any effective system to monitor the service center. Then yesterday somebody call me from Nokia, they repeated the same and higher executives will take this matter very seriously. WITHIN 72 HOURS.Now I am waiting for the higher executives calls.I will update you soon.
Sorry I didn't get time to update my review, as I told you higher executive called me, I repeat the problem, he console me "everything will solve soon." ha ha.
But in between this time I send 2-3 mails to Nokia but no answer. Fortunately after one week I got call from nokia they said its ready. Same day I reach there collect the phone.But in my opinion Nokia Lumia 720 battery back up is good, there is no hanging problem like Samsung Android phone. But they should understand the fast world and repair the phone immediately without arranging the facility and staff training don't try to sell the phone.
