I bought Lumia 720 as my first smart phone at the end of 2014 at Rs. 15300 because it was good looking, slim type, black in color, touch screen, LED flash, 2G & 3G network support, wifi, microSD support upto 64GB, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, windows 8, 1 GHz dual core processor, 4.29 inch display. I was so happy with my new toy and suddenly after 2 months of the purchase date my phone get switched-off, not able to start I didn't know what happened.
I went to local seller because it was still under warrany(1 year official warranty) and he also can't understand and not able to start it up then he dicided to send it to Delhi because not more people were able to open it because its battery is inside the phone cover itself and we were worry about if something happened its official warranty could be expired. So local seller send it to Delhi and after 45 days of long time it came to me(thank god at that time I didn't had any data on that).
After that what I observed the lower sound/volume button is not working properly, you have to press it like you are going to kill somebody now imagine what force I apply to low the volume. Initially Cyan software was available then I updated it to Denim(currently) then my bottom menu light is off/having problem, can't ON it, I hard reset it and restarted many times it is not ON, I followed Nokia forum and I found there is some problem in the hardware. I could not open many application because of less RAM(512MB), I didn't like it after due to single GSM sim(micro SIM) and if I've two numbers the I've to buy one more phone. Its has 1.3 MP front camera and 6.7MP rear camera which is good if your are using flash for low distance.
