I ordered this phone on 6/08/14 and received on 7/08/14 I used this handset just for 1 day and the mic goes mute after consulting the costumer care after factory reset it starts working but after sometime it gone mute again. Reseted it 3 to 4 time doinh the same thing again and again I am fedup if that phone.
And I threw it outside so I think nokia should stop making the cell phones and do some another business. There are many better phones than nokia lumia. Androids are the best. I suggest you not to buy it. Hope is helpful. .thank you
