Nokia 625 is with single sim which was a limitation for me, while its 2000 mah battery pack up is in good condition even after 16 months of use. If it is for heavy use, it is adviced to keep a decent powerbank.
For that time, 512 RAM, and 8 Gb internal was a good feature which looks outdated now. It is recommded that window phone is with 1 GB RAM while 8Gb internal memory is fine while 16 GB internal will be great deal.
Its battery saving feature when turned on saves not only battery but data also. So there is option of limiting data and power when we reach towards exhaustion. Battery saving feature will stop background app. But if there are any such important apps, they can always be excluded from this feature.
Nokia panaroma and Nokia Camera is itself one of the best feature that I found with lumia 625. Even With its 5 mp camera, you will love its picture. Expectation is dim light where lumia needs to improve. Its front camera of 0.3 mp may not be sufficient for great selfie picture but it is cost effective when we go for video chat. Its HD video recording is one of rare feature of those days smartphone.As regular Nokia user( or I say it as nokia fan) since my first cellphone itself, I had always loved hardware and camera function of mobile. This time, the reason got added as it was window 8.1 os too.
Most of the people complain that windows store has limited no. of application. True. That time when I purchased 625, it didnt even have official file browser app which I used from another app till microsoft launched itself. But there are many good features including regular contact sync with your email account( it neednt be microsoft only) . So the next time you format your phone or you lose it, you dont need to keep asking phone number with your friends( It happens with android also but android sync is not as satisfactory as of window) .
