I bought Nokia Lumia 610 about 8 months back. I had been unhappy with the phone from day-1 and there is no change till date. This is" master piece" of NOKIA that can fell it forever. While I found no advantage whatsoever in this phone in terms of its appearance, user interface, apps or even basic features like internet access.
USB compatibility or Photo quality, it is highly hyped thro' Ads and media coverage. It perhaps is born from un holy nexus of Nokia and MSoft. If NOKIA were really professional they should have called back this product long back but "Bharat mein subkuch chalta hai" , so does this product.
Why is not good enough :
Too expensive.
Doesn't work as a USB drive.
Touch is average.
G-sensor is stupid (too sensitive).
Camera (claimed to be 5 MP) is as good as a cheap VGA.
Most Apps are on payment and free ones don't work.
Forces You to register with Windows live to back up contacts.
Very Average screen design.
No wall paper except in standby mode.
Poor signal reception.
Features like "Drive" do not work and there are no menus to set Origin and Target.
Not one thing good except brand name.
It is high time Indian public raise against such half baked expensive products that are launched without proper research and lab testing. It is the stupidest phone I have ever used but cannot throw it away as it cost me a lot (Rs. 16K plus).
