I bought this phone on august 2014 on my birthday it was my first Lumia series phone and my first smart phone the reason why I chose the Nokia over other brands and android mobile because I thought it was different from all the other devices available at that price point at that time and android phones where having a lot of hanging problems at that time so I chose the windows phones after buying the mobile I liked it am not gonna lie I really liked it I liked the camera on the phone was good browsing internet on the phone was quick and it was faster than other devices one thing which I did not liked about the phone at that time was the app store windows phone do not have as much as apps you get in google play store on android which is my fault I should have known that before purchasing the phone but that was not my main concerns after using the phone for a year I took the phone to nokia service center and they suggested me to renew the warranty of the device so I did renewed the warranty of device and after renewing the warranty of device I used the mobile for one more month and suddenly one day my device got switched off while I was using it and when I tried to switch on the device again it keeps showing me the error unable to find a bootable option press any key to shut down so I took the concern to nokia care center and I showed them the device to them after examining they told me it will cost you around rupees 2000 because your device is not under warranty so I told them I renewed the warranty of mobile a month ago and I showed them the receipt then the customer care executive started chit chating with his fellow mates and they told me we can not cover your phone under this warranty and after they told me this I argued with them a lot but they did not listen to me and they did not gave me any solution I mean why do you offer extended warranty when you are not gonna cover the device in it and that was my one of the worst experience with nokia ever
