Now its been 6 months and this phone is one heck of a machine. Its not meant for a Lala type person and one needs to be an intellegent person to operate this phone fully.
It comes with integrated GPS and all possible features that a nokia can have in its kitty.I will talk abt the cons first .
The camera is not very clear to click photos and the flash is almost useless. The video recording quality and the audio is amazing.
The keys r quite small n it takes time to get used to them. but once its done then u will act like a real pro.
The Signal quality is not very very good but one can say, its reasonable. it is not a Major issue in the phone.
The repair is not very easy and even a person sitting in Nokia Customer care needs to operate it with utmost care. Do ask him before he operates it and take special care of the keypad that it has been paced at its proper place or not. Don['t be satisfied if some keys r not responding properly. it has to respond properly.
The metallic body is really costly priced at around 4k, so take very good care of the handset and try to keep it in cover and there will be no scratches.
Now Coming on the Good Points.
The phone is extremely strong and tuff, the phone wont break when in cover and thrown from a height of 4 and half feet.
The processor is amazingly fast and in six months this phone has never hanged up even if I use it like hell and open ten applications at one time.
The display is strong and very attractive.
The quality of music is great and is loud but does not beat an N series as both r from different categories and that's why I don't rate it as a negative point.
The phone has an excellent feature of searching the phone book from the home screen itself and it becomes very very handy as u don't have to visit the phone book again and again.
The predictive text and its language recognition feature is awesome and u don't need to feed the words in dictionary again and again.
The phone book is really easy to surf and u don't need to remember the exact names in it. I mean if u feed'Gaurav Law Chandigarh' then u can search it by either Gaurav or law or Chandigarh. So very very handy.
excellent resale value and a real hassle free set.
The Wi fi is also good and u can download all possible applications with wonderful software and themes. Download it from google search engine and Write Nokia E71 free. Register yourself and enjoy the free bees.
