My problem is I gave my E6 which was having consistent problem of restart to Nokia service center in Nakala in Kolkata Ramdev Telecom managed by Mr. Anup Jaiswal. I gave the phone on 3rd December 2012. The phone was brought on 21st July. The job sheet number is 269504886/111203/6. IMEI # is 354875042134475. I was called on 10th Dec take the phone back.
Mr. Jaiswal told me that I am going to a get brand new set. I went to the service center and the set which they gave me had clear indication that it was old and used. It had call log starting end of Nov, 886 SMS phone book entries and some pictures music etc. The condition of the phone itself shows it was used and given. The service center guy told me he was helpless as this has been sent from the company. He went inside and deleted all the stuff. I refused to take the set. I gave a white and they were offerring me a grey color I need a white color and if new I need the set to opened in front of me.
This is sheer cheating of customers when NOKIA finds its market share is at all time low. I spend 16K on a phone which has problems and I get this sort of deal. I want a White color E6 and a brand new one which should be opened in front of me.
Please help me in this regards. I have lodged a complaint to Nokia India as well.
