NOKIA Phones are dying in 1 month time. Review on Nokia C3

I never thought a day would come when the ever reliable NOKIA would reach a standard that is worse than Chinese brand mobiles. Till a few years back, Nokia mobiles were famous for durable and reliable, they used to last and last and last forever after several years of usage.

Today Nokia mobiles are dead in 1 month flat. This was my experience with a Nokia mobile 11X series which costs Rs 2500. In 1 month, the phone stopped working totally. I immediately gave it to nearest Nokia Care service center and they promised to give phone back in evening. After waiting for 2 days and not receiving any call from Nokia, I went to service center. They said we are unable to repair the device and will send it to head office for repair. It will take atleast two weeks for whole process to be over. Repeated calls to Nokia had same reply. "We'll call you soon" and no one called.

I was shocked in one call to Nokia when Nokia customer care guy started asking me address of local Nokia care center and phone number and took it from me. Have Nokia guys become so careless that they don't even know Nokia service center details.

Two weeks later when I received the phone, the service center people said they had no idea about what problem was there in phone as some outside person had repaired it. I collected my phone and reached back home and problems started in a day. Phone keeps switching off automatically, . Menu options disappeara and color on screen becomes black and white for a color mobile. Only after restarting the problem gets solved.

If Nokia is losing its market share, the reason is its own stupid actions. First they did not bother to realize that Android and iOS was taking over. Then they brought a no-good OS called Asha and also Windows Phone. Then they stopped maintaining even little quality and are now worse than Chinese brand phones.
