I own a 7610 and am pretty satisfied with the phone.
The main reasons being its wonderful sleek design and secondly its rareness. Not many people own this cell and that helps feel unique. Its basically an extension of the earlier 6600, which unfortunately has become so common nowadays. You don't feel important with 6600 (which I used to own earlier) as its a common scene everywhere. I prefer to use gadgets which very few people have.
The 1 megapixel camera and 4x digital zoom really works well and adds charm to this phone. Recently I had been to Mahabaleshwar for a vacation and the photos that I clicked are breathtaking and very sharp. The video with its great 10 minutes recording works pretty neat as well, but I found the clarity a little below mark (Just my personal opinion).
There's bluetooth and USB connectivity, but infrared is sorely missing. However the USB connectivity makes up for it, atleast in my case.
Memory is 8 MB internal and 64 MB of MMC, so you have a cool 72 MB at your disposal. Of course, forget a few MB's taken up by the OS and other neat softwares and programs. If you receive a lots of SMS and plan on storing all of them like I do, it makes sense to make the 64 MB MMC as the default for storing messages.
I have GPRS connection, but I still haven't been able to log onto internet once, forget about the speed. I am not certain whether its a problem with the phone settings or its something to do with this model. (If anyone has been able to connect to the internet and browse on the phone, let me know)
The worst thing about this cell is its audio which is really below mark for a piece priced this high. I copied some mp3 songs from my local computer to the cell via the usb connectivity and played them. The audio was so bad that I never played it once after that. If you want a great music system at your fingertips, check out 6230.
The color on the backside of the cell seems to fade with time. Its been around 3 months since I own this piece and it already looks dull, Or maybe it looks that way because of its multicolor design on the back.
