ok first of all the model no. is 7370, not 7380.
i bought this phone about 4 months back and am still in love with it. Its the mot gorgeous phone ever. It comes in two colours. one is amber (the one in the pic) n th other is coffee brown (which I feel is better).
This is not the phone to buy if u want a portable hard disk to carry around to support a portable music station. the memory is small. tiny. and no, its not extendable. if u want all that, buy an mp3 player. they come good n cheap these days.
The display quality is just marvelous. Its 1.3MegPix camera is pretty good too. There are different effects like sepia / greyscale, atc that u can add to ur pics.
Its FM reception is good too. external speakers do not give a very high decibal sound. Headphones that scome along with the pack are good. There is a pouch to keep the phone in and a loofah kind of a thing that comes along in the box.
The software is good n doesn't take ages to open as in many phones.
Its display flips 180 when u clos / open the swivel. The swivel itself can me handled with a single hand easily.

The new type of messaging system is quite innovative and nice. The keypad is very comvenient to use.
The battery backup is good and lasts reasonably long.
Now for the short comings - The front pnel scratches easily, though in the coffee brown colour u cant see the scratches too much.
The external speakers are not that good.
On the whole its a splendid phone. and worth the buy.
