Am writing this review just to let you know the facts about this cell phone. If you people have lots of time to waste and like wasting money then this product is worth for it. I purchased the phone on 25th August and believe me this set has been with me for hardly 4-5 days and in between two brand new sets have been given to me in exchange as all the sets have lots of problem. They crash and never get up and you have to fight up with Nokia care and definitely they’ll give you new set but trust me that won’t even work for a week. The persons at Nokia are totally unprofessional, they speak rudely, never pick up phone and believe me even their corporate headquarters in Gurgaon won’t help. They make you visit their office quite often and you can feel as if you’ve reached a typical government office. This model is a complete failure and will make you realize that you’ve lost your money. Spending 20, 000 for this set is stupidity and quality is worst. Phone is not audible even if earpiece volume is set to maximum; camera quality is like that of Rs.2000/- phone. You cannot set up your custom profiles like in other Nokia sets, Bluetooth does create problem most of the times. Please never go for this product. I have sold it yesterday when I got brand new third set and I didn’t even operated it once simple sold it at Rs. 12, 500/-.
