I was a avid Fan of Nokia phones and always suggest the phones to all my friends. That is the better side of Nokia with a huge chunk of market in India and a lot of great featured phones.
The ugly side of Nokia will be visible only when you go to a Nokia care for support. I am sure all of you who had been to the support centers will support me.
First thing, Most of the nokia care centers do not have staff with the right training. Their attitude towards support is " since you have bought with it live with it @ our mercy". I have posted my concerns on the support issues on the nokia site also. Guess what, no reply. I tried calling their support center on 30303838. The call center @ Bangalore is a big joke. They claim they do not have the information and they are only a inbound call center and will not be able to check up with the local nokia care. joke joke joke.
The great manager @ nokia care center in Hyderabad says we do not have spares. We will try our best to get one. Same story for a month.If some one has a different picture of the nokia support , you are welcome to post it here. Every time I go to the nokia care center, I only hear anxious customers screaming on the support guys.
Can some one suggest a direct nokia contact who can help me in getting my issue sorted
