Features at its best. Review on Nokia 6681

Hi !!!

There is a huge range of phones from the nokia stable.

One chooses his phone based on his usage,requirements and budget.

I chose this phone 7 months ago. The all new Nokia 6681.That phone was a fresh release that time.

To start with,,I had no problems with that phone till now.

I wanted a good phone with mp3 player and radio. But,at that time there was a choice between quality and money. So,I had to forgo with radio.

The sound clarity of this phone is very good. It has a stereo effect. There is one drawback,,Compared to other phones or brands,,This phone's speaker is not too loud. So,,you cannot hear the ring when you are in a noisy place.

But,otherwise the clarity of the speaker is very good.

The camera quality is very good.The 1mp is very much effective.You can see the large size picture in the computer very clearly without any distortion.

But,to get a clear print,you have to take the snap effectively without any shake.

There is one thing annoying about this phone.The camera closet slides open very often when we try to remove or keep inside the pocket. Even if it is so,,the camera gets activated even if the keypad is locked.But,atleast it goes to standly after sometime.So,it is bearable.

The flash is very effective in taking still pictures although you cant expect it to be like a normal camera flash.But,for its capacity it works pretty well.

The battery standby of the phone is very good.It last for full 3 days under normal usage.

A full charge takes approximately 1.5hrs.

The other features of this phone are very good and the difference compared to other symbian phones is the speed and efficiency.The phone doesnt get hanged or takes time in opening applications.Sometime,the phone may feel slow.It is due to continuous usage for more than a week.Just restart the phone and it will be fine.

The light sensor works pretty well and I think it is effective in saving battery by preventing the keypad lights unnecessarily.

The screen clarity is very good, thanks to the 262k color screen,

You can see the difference by comparing an image in both the phones you are analysing.

One can say that I will choose someother phone which gives almost the same features for cheap rate. Yes,you are right.If you are controlled by budget.then go for the best that fits your budget.

Otherwise,if this phoen suits all your requirements,then I suggest you can go for this phone.

This phone is just a step down from the N70.

The only difference frm the N70 is that this doesnt have radio,2mp camera and little large in size.

Otherwise,the rest are same.maybe a few internal features may vary.

Compared to other symbian phones like 6600,6630,3230,etc this phone is very efficient and there is quality in every feature it offers.

Some applications dont work on this phone when compared to 6600.But,such applications are all local or cheap softwares or games.Otherwise,,all the major and popular softwares work perfectly.

There is one good thing abt this phone,,it doesnt have a joystick which like other phones get damaged due to constant usage.It has a normal 4 way key which can used for directional usage.

Overall,,the phone is very good and you wont regret for having purchased it.

And yes,this phone cannot sustain any rough handling.If you one such person,I suggest you go for someother phone which is cheap and hard coz Nokia service is very expensive.
