Review : you are a student tired of the b/w handsets , you are a gadget freak who wants features in your phone but you dont intend to pay a bomb?? 6610i is the phone for you.
With prices dropping to less than 8k, this is one model which gives you total VFM( value for money) the camera though is not impressive at all but makes sense to take this one instead of 6610 because of the huge 4 mb memory compared to 800kb of 6610. Other differences include the '' go-to'' option and of course better colors.
The most impressive feature is the PC-suite along with IR which enables you to synchronise your calender , contacts, reminders etc with outlook in your computer!! you can even check and send messages from your computer only!!! the battery life is amazing !! on extensive usage it lasts 48 hours and if you are one of those who dont use ur cell a lot it may last upto 4 days!!
Other features include: FM radio, speaker phone, gprs, application installer etc although silver is hard to find but it is worth the effort!! though blue is not bad either. Look wise this is one of the most elegant looking models with a metallic finish on a plastic panel which makes it lighter. And if you are used to the ruggedness off the 3315 this might be the right second mobile for you.. personal experience, drop it a million times and nothing seems to happen though might get cracked ( pls dont try it at home!!) the ringtones are ok but the more enterprising of us would find no problems with that as u can freely find them on the net.
Drawbacks: 4000 color display compared to 65000 in most new phones no bluetooth 4 chord polyphony compared to 16 in others.
Pros : elegant, feature packed
Cons: low resolution graphics, no snake game
