This is the best phone I've owned so far.

Design: Slick and slim. It easily fits in to shirt or trouser's pocket. Though I'd advise you not to keep it in back pocket of your trouser as you might damage it while sitting.

Ease of use: The buttons are of good size and they are all same(I hate phones with different button sizes). There are four other hard buttons. Two for standard accept/reject calls. Two others which are customizable. There is a sepate on/off switch at top of handset and a volume adjuster at the side. There's off course a big button for navigation at the middle. Loud speaker is on the back besides camera. The menus are very intuitive to use - in line with most Nokia mobiles.

Features: 2 megapixel camera is reasonably good(come on, it's a phone, not camera). Has FM radio and MP3 player built-in. Funny, to listen to radio, you need to attach an external head phone even if you listen radio in loud speaker mode:o It also has mechanism to insert a micro SD card. It also has bluetooth capability(compatible with all headsets I've tried). You can also record vidoes in it(each video is just 10 seconds long - though you may record many videos till your memory card is full). You can add any MP3 as ringtone or any picture as wallpaper.

Screen: It has a good size screen. Resolution is good.

Sound quality: Good, even after long conversation my ears don't become hot:) Clarity of conversation is fine. Finds network signal easily.

Battery life: Bit of a dissapointment. I'm a moderate user yet I need to charge ever 2-3 days(unlike my Nokia 1600 which required charging weekly). But again, it has lots of features, so it will consume battery.

Software: This phone doesn't have an operating system. However, you can install any Java JAR applications in it! It makes highly versatile as it allows you to install virtually any application you require(as long as it is supported by phone's hardware). It already comes with music player, notes, organizer, calendar, to do list and much more. You can customize the phone in several ways. I have added several JAR games and applications downloaded free from internet. However, don't try browsing internet in it - bit frustrating because of the small screen(but that's true for any mobile phone)

I've written this review after using the phone everyday for 12 months!
