The best thing about this phone is its talktime. If you are an average user, simply charge it and forget it.
Its slim and fits into ones palm quite snugly. Its very easy to use.
It has nice in-built wallpapers and polyphonic tunes. The volume is quite loud and can easily be heard even when it is inside a ladies’ purse (believe me, that’s an important criteria for any woman who is buying a cell phone!!).
The phone has quite a decent memory and stores quite a few messages. You can of course send emails, MMS etc provided you have GPRS activated by your service provider. The infrared port is also very useful for transfering photos from the phone to a PC or to another phone (no cost involved too !)
The worst thing is its picture quality. The photos are dark and fuzzy. If your criteria for buying a cell phone is its camera, this phone is certainly not for you.
Another problem is that its design looks like any other phone. If you like your phone to look like a gizmo, then this phone is not it. Its not very showy.
