The phone stopped working within 1 day after purchase. When approached company for replacement they said it is not possible and I should give it for repair. After a lot of persuasion, I just thought rather banging head against wall, I will get it repaired. Given for repair on 12 March. I was told the mother board is defective and need replacement and will get back after repair after 4 days.
Even after 1 week on 19 March it was not repaired with a reason that parts not received from head office. When contacted their head office, they asked me wait and respond back. I was waiting at their Pune(Pimpri) service centre for two and half hours and finally I was told it will take another week for the part to receive and I need to wait till then. I just bombarded them how can they make customer to wait to for 2 weeks after buying a phone to get it repaired.
To conclude, I would say it is third rate quality phone with worst ever service back. Please don't ever even think of buying this phone and put your hard earned money down the drain.
