There is a built in problem with Nokia sets always... most of the sets hangs a lot. The slider becomes loose and not so handy as sony sets and moto sets. Nokia brand is only famous nowadays and not the products.. Nokia only brands on sales and not in service too. The service center in chennai takes 2 hrs to attend the customer. They follow the token system, do they think they are doctors to wait in queue, even doctors today have appointments and do not ask their patients to wait.
Also the way the service people react is very worst, commit for 2 days, later we are asked to ring up to get the status, always the phones are busy, when visited directly they comment as you should have contacted us and then visited. At last phone will not be ready for delivery.
