Hi !! I purchased this cell in march 08 and was really excited to have it with me .. it had the best cam clearity in class ... a good music player, good stereo ear phones ... :) it has a good sliding key to impress ur friends. Also sexy hot red and black design. and with 4gb of memory storage u can surely say its value for money in the 11k range..
Basically the phone is suited for music and cam lovers, ppl with professional use or use for internet purpose dont even think of buying this cell............. it was all going well untill jus a few months back the sliding music key broke ..... as it has come into light now that the phone has a prob with the sliding key ..... also the battery back up has gone down consideribely :( the battery at first used to provide with three days of backup but now it gets dried out in only one day ..... well but the nokia care here has been absolutely good they have replaced the sliding key within no time and also fixed the battery problem ...... He also advised me with some tips to help protect your battery, here they go
use ur battery till its very last point cos there should be the continuous process of charging and de- charging to increase batt life.. charging the cell continuously will shorten its life.
never keep ur cell for charging at night and sleep off cos even though the charging indicator stops after the batt is completely charged, the current supply weakens its life.
Once in two months completley dry out ur batt and charged it while switching off the cell.
these were the suggestions he made to me :)
And to all those ppl who r suffering with automatic restart of the cell , jus upgrade to the latest software . 5610 suffered this drawback in the previous software but they have rectified it in the latest version so pls upgrade ur cell software and enjoy the performance !!!!!
