I got my cell phone last Christmas. At that time I loved it. It was easy to use, simple, and convienient. Now, I find it bulky and cumbersome. I have had trouble with it too. In November I turned my phone on one day and it said insert SIM card, which I checked and it was fine. I talked to the customer service and they said they didnt know what was wrong and they told me to go to a vendor. I went to one and they told me to call. I called again and they said to go to a different vendor. I was very annoyed at this point and let them know. I then was finally able to spend $20 and get a new SIM card...but I had already lost all my messages and phone numbers. Thier explanation, it must have gotten fried. My latest battle is I am unable to write text messages suddenly. I am told I left it out in the cold and that is why, the screen is locked. Which I haven't done and it doenst make sence anyway. At the moment I am not happy.
