Greetings all.
Having used this phone for a month. Am ready again for my turn to give you all info on this BASIC model of Nokia.
The best feature of basic handsets of course is the enhanced battery backup. No questions in this regards. With average(moderate) use, the battery performs well for at least three days.
5030 has an awesome in-build FM antennae, so you won't have to use your handsfree to listen radio. Reception is crystal clear and loud. However, sound is a bit less when on handsfree but still good. The "One touch" radio button and two channel navigation buttons at the sides are good for hard core radio listeners.
You can store 500 contacts in the phone memory - good figure for a basic set. The keypad is a single flat panel that won't allow moisture or dust to enter from the front. Overall look of the phone is very good and appealing for the price range.
