2 months back when Papa wanted to get a mobile and took my suggestion, I was more then happy cause I got the chance I was looking out for!, to get a new mobile.I was using Nokia 3310 for the past few years and though I loved it,I wanted to get a new Nokia model...after all variety is the spice of life:-)...So I gave him my Nokia 3310 and bought Nokia 3530.
I bought it from an authorised Nokia dealer for Rs.8300 but now the prices have come down, few days back my friend bought it for Rs.7500.
The important feature list includes Colour display,polyphonic ring tone,WAP support,Multiple phone numbers for a single name,MMS Enabled,Wallpapers,Calender,Java Enabled Games,Phone Memory.
The phone is sleek and neither too small nor too bulky, I would suggest its better for guys than for girls.Very small phones look awkward when guys are using it.This has the perfect blend of sleekness and bulk.Add to it the lovely colours.
The Battery has 2.5 hrs of talk time and the clarity of voice is immaculate.
The disadvantages are that,it does not support:
Ring Tone composer and Tone forwarding *Voice dialing *Infra red port for data transfer *The tones are not very loud compared to other phones having similar features
Comparing it to its competitor like Samsung,Motorola,Siemens,I believe Nokia stands out due to its brand image and quality products. All in all its a good value for money and I would suggest that in the price range below Rs.8,000 this model is unbeatable!.Of course if you are a Nokia user like me,I bet u would have no doubts about it.
