My 3250 is a couple of months old, before which I had my lovely 6670. First looks impress, and the 3250 hits hard on the sound factor...has really cool sound, but the Equalizer, the Bass Boost and the Reverb are all a myth inside, as they don't show any audible change in audio. The camera sensor is supposed to be 2 Megapixels, but it is slightly blurred when compared to my wife's 6230i with 1.3 Megapixels, a big letdown.

Problem 1: Phone frequently restarts....don't know why

Problem 2: After a month or 2, when sending a message, the phone hangs, sometimes for as much as 2 minutes. Service centers can't help, but online help is available; there is one downloadable sis file that clears the problem, or a phone format is suggested (NOT restoring to factory defaults) which is done by switching off the phone, then holding the *, the 3 and the Call buttons together and turning on the phone (QUITE an effort, must say). The phone then says Formatting, and the SMS problem disappears (but you lose all phone data if you haven't backed 'em up)

Problem 3: The earphone plugs are grossly uncomfortable to say the least. They don't produce any effects at all, and your ears are affected as they get "air-sealed" with the rubber ear plugs.

Problem 4: The phone suddenly hangs for no reason. I've had to remove the battery at times after a call is over to restart or normalize the mobile.

I would say, DON'T BUY IT!!! The 6681 was such a better option that I missed out on!!! Better luck next time, to me, to all the current 3250 owners, and to you, if you've got one too ;-)
