yes u r absolutely right , I am also having the same opinion..Probably branded companies even with lot of competition are able to take customers for a ride..may be in India due to its vastness..unweildy..but I believe in longstanding enduring relationships..qualitative..like philps of India when will have my own quality mobile phones in India..hope for the best..
Even when I had to take their service at their shop I found the same standards
Unconcerned and head weighted staff members not at all having any care to its
customers. The bill was heavy like my heart after their service. Alas the same compalints continue with one of the old, but good set of Nokia- 8200.
Let us anyway hope for the best in future, may be someone with better products and better service standards will rise in our country too..
