I had purchased a nokia 3200 some 8 months back and seriously its the best bet you could have at a price of Rs.6000. It has great features like Colour display, polyphonic ringtones, Camera, FM radio, changeable body, IR etc. But the best feature of this product is its support of AMR format for ringtones. You can record songs for a minute and play them as your ringtone. There are PC softwares also available on the nokia site that will convert mp3, wav and other formats to amr format. This can be transferred from a pc to phone using datacable or through a IR adapter on the PC.
Quality of the sound may not be as good as a mp2 song but for a low priced phone, I believe, its a better option as compared to nokia 6101i and others in the same price range.
In short, its the best in this price range.
