So finally I degraded from Samsung Star to Nokia 3110C. But every mobile has its own charm and I really wanted to try this one. I supposse nokia 3110 classic is in trend in my business circle due to its typical nokia user friendly inteface and sturdy design. I find this graphite color of 3110C very nice and classy. One can really rely on these kind of mobiles. Plus few basic features like a 1.3 mega pixel camera, stereo radio and mp3 playes, memory expansion are certainly great add ons to a budget mobile.
Pros:
Sturdy design
Excellent large keypad for dialling and texting,
Good GPRS speed
Nice radio
Nice mp3 player
Interface is very fast
Interface is fast enough even if a 1GB memory card is fully loaded
1 GB card is included in the sales package even at a budget cost of 4k.
Sound quality of mp3 player is good with a 3.5 mm audio cable(not included in sales package) and good ear phones.
Cons:
Screen resolution not that good for video streaming
Screen is small
Earphones included in sales package are not good
Ringing volume is very low.
With the speaker in back you nearly miss calls as the sound is lost when mobile is lying on a table or bed.
BUT FOR AN AWSOME VALUE MOBILE LIKE NOKIA 3110C, SUCH CONS ARE NOT THAT BIG TO BE CONSIDERED. NO NEAR MATCH IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE.
