I planned to buy a cell phone after a long thought....since my friends told that NOKIA is the cheapest and easiest to handle, I zeroed in on NOKIA 2300. My cousin who already had it told me not to buy it. He told me that he is having problems while recharging his SIM. He told me that he had to put the SIM in some other cell and then replace it back to his own.
I thought he had been one of those unlucky guys stuck with a bad set. I went to an authorised nokia dealer and queried about the set. They obviously told me that they had never recieved such complaints about this 2300 model. So, believing them I bought the cell. It's been only more than a month since I bought it.
I've been using HUTCH since then. There was no problem initially with the starter pack. But after the starter pack got over, I tried to recharged it. Then I realised that I too wasn't able to recharge it like my cousin. I had to put the SIM in my friend's cell and then replace it after recharging it.
I'm a B.E student studying in a remote location in RAJASTHAN. Travel to the nearest dealer will take around 5hrs from here. I'm not able to find time to go and get the set repaired.
Should I say that the dealers have lied to me when they said that they have not got any complaints before mine or were they true...?
Is there anybody out there ( 2300 USERS) who has the same trouble ....?
