I had bought one with bill and warranty last november. All these days it was fine, but a week back when I was trying to send the SMS it suddenly went off. I tried to switch it ON again but nothing is happening except white light. I went to CARE center for repair as it was under warranty. Then the care centre person told me that it has got software problem and is a common one with new handsets. Anyway I got it right now. So I think this handset has got some Software problem basically. Because I am using a 3310 and 3100 previously but I never had this problem.
Interesting thing was that both my earlier handsets were without bill but never had any problem but this one is with bill and warranty still I had this problem. So please think over it before you buy. Also I am thinking whether grey market handsets are better that the white market one or is it just a co-incidence nothing else.
